Arsenal Ladies boss Pedro Martinez Losa says his side are still well placed in the Women's Super League One title race after Sunday's loss to Manchester City.
The Gunners are now third in the table, two points behind leaders Chelsea, and above fourth-placed City - who have a game in hand - by one point.
"We lost one battle but we didn't lose the war," Losa told BBC Sport.
"We are still in one of the best positions to be at the top of the table at the end."
The Spaniard also said his side trailed 1-0 at half-time against City because of "tactical" reasons.
"In individual situations, in a 4-3-3 against a 4-3-3, we were not the better team.
"We had to change something, and that's what we tried to do in the second half."
Arsenal Ladies' next league game is at home to Women's FA Cup winners Chelsea on 23 August, but the two London teams also meet this Sunday in the Continental Tyres Cup group stage.
