Bristol Rovers 3-1 Barnet

Bristol Rovers made it three wins from four League Two fixtures with a home victory over Barnet.

Lee Brown gave the hosts the lead in the third minute when his low 30-yard effort flew through a crowded box and beat Bees keeper Graham Stack.

Jermaine Easter made it 2-0 in the 77th minute with a shot from eight yards before Curtis Weston gave the visitors hope with five minutes to go.

Matt Taylor secured a third straight win for Gas just two minutes later.

Barnet manager Martin Allen told BBC London 94.9:

"I thought they fully deserved to win, I thought they were brighter, sharper and better than us.

"We had a couple of opportunities that perhaps could have gone our way.

"I think we've set the precedent from day one that we're not going to criticise or comment on the referee's performance."
