Duane Ofori-Acheampong put the hosts in front in the 22nd minute when he finished from close range after good work from Stefan Payne.
George Bowerman levelled, netting for the second game in a row.
The Whites won it in stoppage time, as after visiting keeper Stuart Coburn had kept out Ricky Miller's first shot, Tom Wynter squared for Raggett to head in.
