Jason Walker's early penalty gave Barrow victory over Eastleigh.

Walker converted from the spot in the third minute after he was fouled in the box by Jamie Turley.

Andy Cook nearly doubled the advantage, but he pulled his 18-yard shot just wide of Michael Poke's goal.

Joe Partington, Ross Lafayette and James Constable were all denied by home keeper Joel Dixon late on as the Spitfires held out to consign Eastleigh to a first defeat of the league season.
