Huddersfield Town have signed Nottingham Forest winger Jamie Paterson on loan until the end of the season.
The Terriers have the option to sign the 23-year-old former Walsall man at the end of the campaign.
Paterson joined Forest in July 2013 and has scored nine goals in 54 league appearances.
"He is a very different to what we have in our group. He has a goal threat and comes with lots to prove," Town boss Chris Powell told the club website.
Meanwhile, Huddersfield have confirmed the departure of 27-year-old winger Adam Hammill by mutual consent. His contract was due to expire at the end of the season.
