Barnet twice came from behind to end a six-game winless streak with victory at home to Stevenage.
Fraser Franks headed Boro in front on 11 minutes before Bondz N'Gala poked home a leveller on 48 minutes.
Tom Hitchcock nodded Stevenage back in front in similar circumstances to their first goal before Aaron Mclean's first Bees goal made it 2-2.
With 12 minutes left, substitute Michael Gash tapped in the winner after John Akinde's cross was not cleared.
Barnet manager Martin Allen told BBC London 94.9:
"I don't think we played very well in the first half, but I thought we played really well in the second half.
"It wasn't easy to watch in the first half, but all credit's got to go to the players for the way they picked themselves up in the second half.
"They upped their game, sharpened it up again and thoroughly deserved the win."
