Altrincham 0-4 Braintree Town

Two goals in each half saw Braintree ease past Altrincham.

Michael Cheek opened the scoring from close range before Kenny Davis made it two from the penalty spot after Cheek had been fouled by Andrew Parry.

Anthony Edgar made the points safe with a stunning 35-yard strike before Taylor Miles found the top corner from the edge of the box to round off the win.

The victory sees Braintree climb to seventh, two points outside the play-off spots, while Altrincham stay 19th.
