Hartlepool United 0-3 Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers eased to victory as they sealed all three points against Hartlepool United at Victoria Park.

Matt Taylor put Rovers in front as he headed past Adam Bartlett at the third attempt after the keeper's double save denied him and Jermaine Easter.

Pools could have levelled but Scott Fenwick's close-range header went wide.

Billy Bodin doubled Rovers' lead when he nodded home Mark McChrystal's long ball before Easter seized on Kudus Oyenuga's back pass to seal the win.
