Wrexham will host National League North side Gainsborough Trinity in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round.
The Dragons last faced Trinity in the semi-finals of the FA Trophy in 2013, a competition the Welsh side went on to win.
The fourth qualifying round will be held on the weekend of 24 October, 2015.
"You always want a home draw and it's a good draw for us," Wrexham boss Gary Mills said.
Wrexham reached the third round in 2014-15, losing 3-1 to Premier League side Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium.
