Stevenage striker Ben Kennedy has signed an "improved" three-year contract with the League Two club.
The 18-year-old Northern Ireland youth international has scored six goals in 21 matches since making his debut for Boro in January.
It includes two goals this season following hip surgery in the summer.
"The fact that Ben is playing just 11 or 12 weeks post-op is amazing in itself and testament to how highly he's regarded," said chairman Phil Wallace.
Kennedy, who joined Stevenage in 2013 after being spotted at a Northern Ireland youth international fixture, only signed his first professional contract in February, five days after scoring twice in a 3-1 win over Hartlepool.
