Luke Winch scored twice as Guernsey FC came from a goal down to beat Chipstead 2-1 at Footes Lane.
Bobby Webbe gave the visitors a 10th-minute lead from the penalty spot after handball by a Guernsey defender.
Guernsey's Ross Allen put a 56th-minute penalty wide after half-time substitute Winch was felled in the area.
But Winch equalised with a splendid strike four minutes later before he got his second from a free-kick 14 minutes from full time.
Guernsey had to play the final 10 minutes with 10 men after skipper Sam Cochrane was forced off with injury, with the Green Lions having used all three substitutes.
The win means Guernsey have lost just one of their last six league games in Isthmian League Division One South.
