Accrington Stanley 3-1 Dagenham & Redbridge

Accrington bounced back from successive League Two defeats with victory over struggling Dagenham & Redbridge.

Seamus Conneely latched on to a clearance from Josh Windass' corner to fire Stanley in front after 95 seconds.

Accrington doubled their lead through another Windass corner, with Matty Pearson heading past Liam O'Brien.

Windass then turned scorer when he met Piero Mingoia's cross to put Stanley 3-0 up, before Nyron Nosworthy scored a consolation for Dagenham.

Accrington move into the League Two play-off places while the Daggers slip to the bottom of the table on goal difference.

Dagenham & Redbridge manager Wayne Burnett told BBC Radio London:

"It wasn't a good performance today, our goalkeeper's kept us in it. He's the only one that can come out of the game with any credit.

"Very, very disappointed. I felt sorry for the young boy Pask at the back.

"It's tough, we're bottom of the league. People are frustrated, people are showing different emotions, its tough at the moment."
