Match ends, Falkirk 3, St. Mirren 0.
Falkirk's bid for promotion from the Scottish Championship was boosted by a handsome win over nine-man St Mirren.
Craig Sibbald headed in a John Baird cross and the latter netted the second with another header before the break, this time from a Paul Watson cross.
St Mirren were reduced to 10 men when Jack Baird was shown a red card, before Falkirk scored a third goal through Will Vaulks.
Ian Murray's men had Craig Reid sent off late on to compound their misery.
