Mali eased past North Korea 3-0 to progress to the quarter-finals of the Under-17 world Cup in Chile.
The African champions secured victory with two goals from Sidiki Maiga and one from Amadou Haidara. Mali will now play Croatia on 1 November.
"It was a perfect match from our side but it was also a tough game," Mali coach Baye Ba told Fifa.com.
"We are happy that we are now in the next round. The team is here to win the title but we will do it step by step."
