Guiseley secured back-to-back victories for the first time since August after an ill-tempered win against Barrow.
Danny Boshell scored in just the fifth minute as he headed home from 12 yards.
The hosts doubled their lead through Robert Atkinson before Andy Cook pulled one back for Barrow from the spot.
Barrow's David Mellor was dismissed for two yellow cards before half-time and, after Anthony Dudley scored Guiseley's third from 18 yards, Nick Anderton was sent off for foul and abusive language.
