Diafra Sakho: West Ham striker will face no charges after arrest

Sakho has scored three Premier League goals this season - against Norwich, Liverpool and Manchester City

West Ham striker Diafra Sakho will not face any charges after he was arrested in August.

The Senegal international was held on suspicion of assault, days before starting their opening-day Premier League win at Arsenal.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "A 25-year-old was given a caution for criminal damage."

Sakho has scored for the sixth-placed Hammers in away wins at Liverpool and Manchester City this season.
