Bottom club Warrenpoint slumped to a 10th league loss in a row as Coleraine ran out easy winners at Milltown.
The Bannsiders were in front inside three minutes as James McLaughlin chested in Darren McCauley's cross.
Jamie McGonigle set up Ian Parkhill to shoot in under the keeper for 2-0 just before half-time.
McCauley made it 3-0 early in the second half by poking past keeper Aaron Shanahan and Parkhill cut inside to fire in his second of the match.
