The League Two game between Accrington and Hartlepool has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.
Tuesday's match would have seen fourth-placed Stanley host Hartlepool in 19th.
But, after heavy rain, referee Darren Drysdale deemed there to be sufficient water on the surface to call the game off an hour before the 19:45 GMT start.
"We wanted to play but, as the ref says, there is nothing more important than player safety," said Pools manager Ronnie Moore.
Accrington manager John Coleman added: "I back the referee, it wasn't going to improve and then it started raining again."
