AFC Wimbledon 0-1 Dagenham & Redbridge

Jamie Cureton
Jamie Cureton's goal ended Dagenham and Redbridge's 11-game run without a league win

Jamie Cureton secured Dagenham and Redbridge's second League Two win of the season after AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper Ben Wilson's late mistake.

The hosts nearly took the lead through Lyle Taylor and a Callum Kennedy free-kick but keeper Mark Cousins made good saves to keep the scores level.

Adebayo Akinfenwa and Sean Rigg both wasted further chances for the Dons.

And Cureton made them pay when his innocuous ball into the box was spilled over the line by Wilson.

Boris Becker
Three-time Wimbledon tennis champion Boris Becker was in the crowd at the Cherry Red Records Stadium
