Jonathan Biabiany scored on his first start since August 2014 to set Inter Milan on their way back to the top of Serie A with victory over Frosinone.
The winger, who rejoined Inter this summer, was diagnosed with a heart problem, arrhythmia, last year.
He fired home after a shot was parried and Mauro Icardi tapped in a second.
Inter added two late goals, with Jeison Murillo finishing from Stevan Jovetic's backheeled pass and Marcelo Brozovic driving in a fourth from 18 yards.

Lazio moved up to eighth with a 1-1 draw against Palermo and Udinese went four points clear of the relegation zone after beating Sampdoria 1-0.
Genoa are one of six clubs separated by a point from 11th to 16th thanks to a 2-1 win over Sassuolo. Leonardo Pavoletti scored a 95th-minute winner against his old club as both sides ended with 10 men.
