Luciano Nequecaur headed the hosts ahead from Paul Cairney's corner and Mark McGuigan fired their second from Ryan Thomson's long ball.
Paul Napier's free-kick reduced Buckie's deficit.
But Thomson's solo effort put the tie beyond doubt before Chris Angus was sent off for the visitors late on.
