With 19 minutes gone, Andy Bishop and Neill Byrne were given straight red cards after an incident at a corner.
Louis Almond's fine run and shot put the hosts ahead, but Danny Whitaker levelled from the spot after Matty Challoner fouled Chris Holroyd.
Almond then scored a penalty after Mike Phenix was impeded, before assisting Josh Thompson to slot home the third.
