AC Milan have not won Serie A since 2010-11

AC Milan were held to a frustrating draw at lowly Carpi despite a third Serie A clean sheet in seven games by teenage keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The 16-year-old produced a one-handed save to keep out Lorenzo Lollo.

Newly-promoted Carpi have the worst defensive record in Serie A yet Milan failed to score for the third time in four league games.

M'Baye Niang was denied by a finger-tip save by Vid Belec before ex-Chelsea defender Alex had a header saved.

AC Milan are eighth in Serie A, nine points behind leaders Inter Milan.

Carpi have 10 points and remain 19th in the table, five points from safety.
