Scottish Championship: Greenock Morton 1-2 Raith Rovers

Raith Rovers came from behind to defeat Greenock Morton and leapfrog their opponents in the Scottish Championship thanks to a late James Craigen penalty.

Morton were on top in the first half and took the lead when Alex Samuel slotted in after goalkeeper Kevin Cuthbert parried from Ross Forbes.

Ross Callachan's shot deflected past Grant Adam shortly after the break to bring the visitors into the game.

And, when Mitch Megginson was pulled down, Craigan scored from the spot.

The victory takes the Kirkcaldy side three points clear of Morton and into fourth place, five points behind Falkirk.

It was not only Rovers' first league win in seven games butit ended Morton's six-game unbeaten run.
