Dover Athletic came from behind to seal three points against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank in the National League.
The Imps led when Luke Waterfall dived to head Terry Hawkridge's cross past visiting keeper Andy Rafferty.
Dover levelled through Ricky Miller's low shot, but Matt Rhead nodded down for Liam Hearn to restore the lead.
The visitors were awarded a penalty when Lee Beevers fouled Ricky Modeste, which Nicky Deverdics scored, before Miller added a winner from close range.
Lincoln City manager Chris Moyses told BBC Radio Lincolnshire:
"First half I thought we played very very well and at 2-1 early in the second half I thought we were in complete control but a decision like that (the penalty) changes the way the game is.
"There's no way we should have lost that game of football, or even drawn the game. We were by far the better side.
"That's eight games without a win now and that's a problem but the goals we're conceding are errors, they're not goals where we've been carved open.
"We're having players sent off, we're conceding soft penalties and letting soft goals in and it's all our own doing. If it were out of our control that would be a problem but it's all things we can put right ourselves."
