League One promotion-contenders Walsall have extended the loan of Manchester City midfielder George Evans for a second time until 26 January.
Evans, 21, initially signed a 28-day deal in October, which was extended until 9 January.
He will now stay with the Saddlers for the maximum period allowed under the terms of the emergency loan.
Evans has made 15 appearances for Walsall so far this season and scored four goals.
After making his Manchester City debut in the League Cup at the start of the season, Evans scored in his first two games for the Saddlers and will now be available for four further matches against Coventry City, Bury, Blackpool and Fleetwood Town.
Walsall are currently third in League One, two points off the second automatic promotion place.
