Andrea Pressenda: Leyton Orient appoint new technical director

Leyton Orient are ninth in League Two, two points off the play-off places

League Two side Leyton Orient have appointed Andrea Pressenda as the club's new technical director.

The 35-year-old Italian has previously held posts at Italian lower-league clubs AC Montichiari and AC Sant' Angelo Lodigiano.

Pressenda has worked as a journalist for Sky Italia and the Agon Channel, which is owned by Orient president Francesco Becchetti.

He is expected to have a significant role in Orient's player recruitment.
