Andy Drury's spectacular shot from outside the box put the hosts ahead early on while Sean Newton's equaliser also came from long range.
The hosts stayed fourth with a fourth straight draw thanks to Jennings' miss.
Wrexham are now six points behind the play-off places, while Eastleigh lie one point above the chasing pack.
