Roma 3-1 Frosinone

Roma's Stephan El Shaarawy (centre) with his team-mates after scoring against Frosinone
Roma have won just two of their last 10 Serie A games

Roma secured their first Serie A win since Luciano Spalletti returned as boss, as Frosinone's relegation fears increased at the Olympic Stadium.

Belgium midfielder Radja Nainggolan put Roma ahead while lying on the ground, clipping past keeper Nicola Leali.

Daniel Ciofani equalised before Stephan El Shaarawy restored Roma's lead with a sublime back-heel volley on his debut after joining on loanexternal-link from AC Milan.

Miralem Pjanic scored the third as Roma moved three points behind third spot.

Frosinone, promoted at the end of last season, are without a win in eight and are seven points from safety with 16 games remaining.
