Jason Banton: Wycombe part company with winger

Jason Banton's last game for Wycombe was in October

Winger Jason Banton has left League Two Wycombe Wanderers after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

The 23-year-old joined the Chairboys in the summer following his release by Plymouth, and scored once in seven matches for Gareth Ainsworth's team.

In October, he was allowed to join League Two rivals Hartlepool on loan until January, but Pools cut his loan short a month into the deal.

He has reportedly been training with League One Port Vale recently.
