Michael Doughty: QPR midfielder extends Swindon Town loan stay

Michael Doughty came through the QPR academy at Loftus Road

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Michael Doughty has extended his loan stay with League One side Swindon Town until the end of the season.

The 23-year-old only joined the Robins on 15 January and has played one game for the club since arriving on an initial month-long deal.

Doughty has had previous loan spells at Crawley, Aldershot, St Johnstone, Stevenage and Gillingham.

He has played 12 times in total for QPR, including eight this season.
