Women's Super League Two side Watford Ladies have appointed Katie Rowson as the club's new head coach.
Rowson has been coaching in the British Virgin Islands since 2013 after previously managing the British Universities women's team.
She replaces John Salomon, who left the club in October after they finished bottom of WSL 2 last season.
"I am excited to get onto the training pitch and want to get to know the players as soon as possible," she said.
"I need to complete player appraisals immediately, but I believe that it is important to have experienced players within the squad so our recruitment plan in underway."
Meanwhile, the club have appointed Ellie Kemp as general manager and marketing officer, a position which Salomon also held least season.
