Frank Sinclair has parted company with National League North strugglers Hednesford Town by mutual consent - the second time he has left his role as manager in the past six weeks.
The former Chelsea, Leicester City and Burnley defender, 44, left his position at the start of March but was reinstated 48 hours later.
Coach Kyle Patterson has been put in charge until the end of the season.
The Pitmen, second bottom of the table, could be relegated on Saturday.
Hednesford are six points from safety with three games remaining and have won only one of their last 14 league matches.
They take on champions Solihull Moors at the weekend and will go down if they fail to win and Brackley Town or AFC Telford get three points from their respective games.
