Winger Matty Blair has signed a two-year deal with Doncaster Rovers after rejecting a new contract to stay with Mansfield Town.
The 26-year-old played 34 games in 2015-16 and will stay in League Two, after his new side's relegation from the third tier of English football.
"Promotion is the ambition and was the main talking point in the meeting that we had," Blair told Rovers' website.
"I'm quite experienced in this league now and I know what it takes."
Blair joined Mansfield from Fleetwood Town in January 2015.
