The Benin Football Federation (FBF) will hold elections for a new Executive Committee on Thursday, 9 June.
Fifa suspended the FBF from global football in May after a court ruling in the country blocked previous elections.
The ban was provisionally lifted on Saturday on condition elections were held "no later than 11 June, 2016".
If Thursday's elections go ahead as planned, Benin will be able to play an Africa Cup of Nations Cup qualifier against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday.
The match was originally scheduled for Sunday, 5 June but was postponed because of the suspension imposed by Fifa.
Benin are second in qualifying Group C, two points behind leaders Mali. Benin have two matches to left to play - they also face Mali - and would book their place at next year's finals in Gabon with two victories.
