Europa League: Gap Connah's Quay still have a chance - Morrison
Gap Connah's Quay Nomads boss Andy Morrison is delighted his side have all to play for in the Europa League despite losing 1-0 to Vojvodina.
Aleksandar Palocevic struck a late winner in a one-sided second qualifying round first leg in Novi Sad.
Morrison's team host the Serbian side in the second leg at Rhyl's Belle Vue on Thursday, 21 July.
"I had no idea they were as good as they were but we're still in there with a chance," Morrison said.
"I'm sure they won't want to travel all the way to Rhyl, [and play] on a small pitch.
"We'll ask more questions of them, that's for sure."
Connah's Quay will face Dinamo Minsk of Belarus or St Patrick's of Ireland in the third qualifying round if they overcome Vojvodina.
The Nomads are Wales' only remaining representatives in the competition after Bala Town and Llandudno bowed out.
They progressed to the second qualifying round after beating Norwegian side Stabaek 1-0 on aggregate.
The Flintshire club are appearing in Europe for the first time in their history having qualified as Welsh Premier League play-off winners.
