Well I think it's jolly good news.

sports player should not be paid so much money for their efforts. this preoccupation with money is disgusting, when you get a contract it may it should only be a fraction of what they are getting, around 40k a year plus some limited sponsor duties that could net some more cash but something like 10k more.that money could help many homeless off the streets for example but now it's wasted.
Pigba joins a rich club with poor fans! The poor fans will sing his name while he enjoys his game and drinks the champagne! The best bit is when the superstars look above like they are chosen and thank their god, they would be better kneeling to the fans or thanking Santa Claus! Oh well roll on Saturday!
This is the real fire special one has lit in Theater of dreams, cant wait to see the actions ON
@678 "the Glazers have turned the club into a very profitable business" That the Glazers profit from.
You just have to wonder at the gullibility of the folks who pay for Sky Sports and the gate prices.
This reeks of pro Man Utd agenda. First of all €105 = £89.7m So with the add-ons, United in actual fact paying £93.2m, (the actual new transfer record). Secondly, they slate City for their reputation in the market but they are just as bad (at least City recoup money in player sales). However it kills me to say, I think they will finish above us in the league this season (Lpool Fan)
The BBC is currently running 11 Pogba articles, really excelling in presenting itself as the official Man Utd fanzine. Hey Stanlington. Has this got right up your nose yet?
It will be interesting to see if and when Pogba meets Diego Costa on a football pitch, its very difficult to look great when you have been sent off after being hit in the face but Mourinho likes that sort of football and if Costa breaks Pogbas leg how good will he be then?
Neville and Lineker are right, the superstars of world football play in Spain. It remains to be seen if Pogba will ever become one. As for these so called pundits (just listen to Rio Ferdinand) already bestowing greatness on him, it could not be based on his performance at the euros. I will be happy with anything close to Roy Keane.
I am no football fan, but i can see what is obvious. Back in 1966, England players played almost part-time, with very little money, and won the world cup. Now look at our performance in Euro 2016?? Money has killed the game and overated players paid too much, care more about their bank balance than winning.
And what do many of these selected overpaid celebrity football and media people do for the people of Britain. Well they seem to shuffle a lot of cash around among themselves in very skilfully tight circles. While diverting the publics attention from what is really important in society. We are told there is no money for all sorts of things and yet this? Anyway Isn't football supposed to be a game?
well Manchester united have broken the world record transfer fee for a player who they allowed to join Juventus to further his career now it has cost them £89 million to get him back what a costly mistake as there is no player on the planet worth that kinda money and shows how desperate man united are to dominate the premier league and European football as the did under alex ferguson
I remember the Trevor Francis sale for £1M back in the day , absolute pennies compared to this , football has gone crazy !!!!!!
Come on it's just football not real life.
