Giancarlo Gallifuoco: Australian defender agrees Torquay United deal
Defender Giancarlo Gallifuoco has agreed a deal to stay at Torquay United until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old joined on non-contract terms earlier this month after Angus MacDonald moved to Barnsley.
The former Australia Under-23 international has previously had spells at Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur.
"He's a person that's got a will to succeed and if he does that he's got a huge amount of potential," Torquay manager Kevin Nicholson told BBC Sport.
The National League club have also extended the loan of Exeter City striker Jamie Reid until January.
Reid, who has scored two goals in seven games for the Gulls, agreed a three-month loan at Plainmoor in July.
