Peterborough United midfielder Jermaine Anderson is likely to miss the rest of the season after suffering knee ligament damage.

Anderson was injured in the first half of Posh's 2-2 League One draw with Port Vale on Saturday.

The 20-year-old suffered ligament damage in his other knee in December which kept him out for eight months.

He also missed the final three months of the 2014-15 season after breaking his foot in February 2015.
