Glasgow City beat Rangers Ladies 5-3 as they celebrated their 10th successive league title in style.

Rangers had former Scotland international Rhonda Jones playing her final game before retiring.

However, Leanne Ross stole the headlines with her 232nd competitive goal for the champions, becoming the club's record goal-scorer.

Elsewhere, Hibs beat Spartans 5-1, Celtic won 3-0 away to Aberdeen, and Stirling beat Forfar Farmington 1-0.

Glasgow City co-founder and club manager Laura Montgomery said: "This is an immensely proud day for everyone involved with the club.

"So many talented players and staff over the years have made this historic achievement possible. It has been a lot of hard work, but it is an incredible feeling to have finally done it."

Hamilton Accies won the SWPL 2 title with a 3-1 win over Buchan Ladies.

The season ends next Sunday when champions Glasgow City face league runner-up and League Cup winners Hibernian in the Scottish Cup final.
