Brilliant performance from Everton. However, all the goals were saveable. I wonder what have happened if Joe Hart had been between the sticks? Well done Blue boys!
Well done Everton, Mint performance !
@329 - please don't compare him to that donkey! Robson couldn't have made that run up the wing and didn't possess the skill to cut inside as Tom Davies did. All Robson was fit for was kicking people, harassing referees and occasionally arriving late in the box to score. A typically overrated and over-hyped Man Utd player, of which there have been far too many to list.
Too late for EFC to challenge for a top 6 place this year but will be in the mix next season. It was always going to take Koeman at least a season to work out his options. Barkley's days are numbered with Davies and Schneiderlin available. Not sure who would want him - EFC destroyed City with 10 men Barkley was such a passenger.Cockneys don't get too cocky, the North (West) is on the rise!
How deep can you fill the club to get a silverware, not all A-List players in the world can supply the club with CUPS, is the player want to play footfall or pay to get pension!! well done everton.
The lad Davis looks like a fantastic find for Everton what a box to box performance clearing off the line scoring a great goal for those of us of a certain age reminds us of a young Bryan Robson.
Pep to leave city at end of season to go back to a One Team league where he has no competition. Seriously overated will fit in well in Holland, Scotland, Belgium, France, germany, Spain - oh just about anywhere else than the EPL! - Stones was an accident waiting to happen and Pep bought that accident - Bravo would look good in any of those leagues mentioned as all so slow and tippy tappy!
I much prefer City's Guardiola over Utd's Miseryguts but Miseryguts at least has learnt who to play and who not to play. Having confidence in your players is one thing but refusing to learn from consistently poor performances is just bad management. Cabellero is nowhere near the best goalie in the PL but he is streets ahead of Bravo and from what I have seen so is Gunn. Admit the mistake Pep.
Only watched the MOTD highlights but what a performance from 18 year old Tom Davies . Everton look to have found a special player there , and as a bonus , he's English.
City are a Stones throw away from having a decent back line.
If they swapped goalies, City would not have lost.
A good advert for having a cap on the number of non-UK players in every English premier league team, they need more opportunities to show what they’re capable of.
Dear little Bradley, you mean more to fans than all our teams put together son - you and your family are in our prayers - you are a truly an inspirational wonderful little boy. God bless you
Pep is obviously a very talented coach and jumping on a bandwagon after poor displays/results is as foolish as referring to him as a messiah when City have played very well. What will be interesting is if he has enough humility to admit he has got the GK situation wrong, a bit like Klopp. If he is too stubborn, that is what will stop him enhancing his reputation here and proving he is a great.
