The New Saints 2-0 Cardiff Met: Reigning champions New Saints begin the second phase of the Welsh Premier season with a 2-0 home win against Cardiff Met. Adrian Cieslewicz and Alex Darlington got the goals that mean they go 24 points clear at the top of the table.

Bala Town 3-2 Bangor City: Bala opened up a seven point gap on Bangor. Chris Venables put the hosts ahead before Dan Nardiello equalised. But an Anthony Stephens penalty and Stuart Jones' goal made the points safe for Bala before Rodrigo Branco's injury time consolation strike.

Gap Connah's Quay 0-1 Carmarthen Town: Andy Morrison's Connah's Quay remain second ahead of the second phase of the season despite losing to Carmarthen Town thanks to Ceri Morgan's 76th-minute goal. Connah's Quay, along with Bala Town, can reach 70 points and therefore stop TNS winning the title next week, but would have to overturn a 50 goal deficit.

Aberystwyth Town 1-0 Airbus UK Broughton: Luke Sherbon's second-half goal gave Aberystwyth Town three points against bottom side Airbus UK Broughton as the hosts gave themselves a five-point cushion on the relegation places.

Llandudno 1-2 Newtown: Sam Hart's late penalty gave Llandudno a consolation as Newtown lifted themselves out of the bottom two with a 2-1 win. Jason Oswell and Nick Rushton got ont he scoresheet for the visitors.

Rhyl 0-2 Cefn Druids: Rhyl slipped into the bottom two after they lost 2-0 to Cefn Druids courtesy of goals frmo Adam Hesp and Ashley Ruane.
