Bromley 0-2 Aldershot Town

Aldershot ensured they finished with a perfect National League record in November with victory over Bromley, as each side finished the game with 10 men.

Since being knocked out of the FA Cup by League One side Shrewsbury, the Shots have won four games in succession to move top of the table.

Visiting keeper Lewis Ward denied Luke Wanadio after a solo run from halfway and also denied Dan Johnson as Bromley had the better of a quiet start to a game originally scheduled for 21 November, when an electrical fault stopped play.

But the Shots were soon ahead when Callum Reynolds switched the ball crossfield to Bernard Mensah, who cut inside and thumped a superb 25-yard effort into the top corner.

They ended a feisty first half with 10 men after Adam McDonnell collected a second yellow card for dissent but led 2-0 midway through the second period when Matt McClure charged down Jordan Higgs' clearance and fellow substitute Scott Rendell tucked away the loose ball.

Brett Williams and Louis Dennis went close to a late consolation but Bromley had Higgs sent off in stoppage time for a second booking.
