Sam Hoskins: Northampton Town striker signs new deal until 2020
Northampton Town striker Sam Hoskins has signed a new two-and-a-half year contract, keeping him at the League One club until June 2020.
He helped the Cobblers win the League Two title in 2015-16 and returned from a torn cruciate ligament in September.
The 24-year-old former Yeovil forward's deal had been due to run out at the end of this season.
"It's nice to have the manager's backing and hopefully I can push on myself," Hoskins told BBC Northampton.
"If I didn't see myself progressing here I wouldn't have signed a longer deal."
