Barry Town 1-0 Cardiff Met: Luke Cooper's first-half strike saw Barry edge visitors Cardiff Met.

Carmarthen Town 1-0 Aberystwyth: Bottom side Carmarthen claimed just their second win of the season thanks to a Liam Thomas goal.

Cefn Druids 0-1 Connahs Quay Nomads: Ryan Wignall's goal ensured Nomads climbed to second in the league, seven points behind leaders The New Saints.

Llandudno Town 0-0 Bangor: Bangor dropped to third after being held to a goalless draw at Llandudno.

Newtown 2-3 The New Saints: Ten-man Saints staged a thrilling second-half fight back after Jamie Reed gave Newtown the lead with a 23rd-minute penalty and a second goal in quick succession.

Greg Draper started the recovery with a goal in the 66th minute but was sent off three minutes later. Despite that, Saints secured an improbable victory as Blaine Hudson and Ryan Brobbel goals completed the recovery.

Prestatyn 0-2 Bala Town: A Les Davies double saw Bala claim all three points at struggling Prestatyn and climb to fourth.

Connahs Quay Nomads 1-1 Cefn Druids: Neither side could find a winner at Deeside Stadium in a reverse from the Boxing Day fixture. Michael Bakare gave the hosts the lead but James Davies levelled five minutes before the break.

Saturday, 30 December

4th Bala Town 1-0 Prestatyn: Chris Venables' 90th-minute penalty sent the hosts up to third in the table as they eventually saw off the challenge of strugglers Prestatyn

The New Saints 2-4 Newtown: Newtown stunned Welsh Premier leaders and title holders The New Saints, who went down to 10 men just before the break.

Greg Draper and Jamie Mullan struck as business seemed as usual for the hosts. Newtown levelled through Ryan Sears and Luke Boundford's first before Robbie Parry was sent off.

Boundford's second and Nick Rushton's late effort sealed victory for the visitors.

Cardiff Met 3-0 Barry Town: The home side were in the driving inside 10 minutes after Jordan Lam and Eliot Evans struck in quick succession, with Lam adding a late third goal to give the scoreline extra gloss. The Students' win opens up a seven point gap between themselves in fifth and Barry in sixth.

Monday, 1 January

Aberystwyth 1-2 Carmarthen Town: Goalkeeper Lee Idzi scored a wind-assisted long-range goal as bottom club Carmarthen earned only their third win of the campaign. Liam Griffiths added a second before Matthew Jones' late reply for the hosts.

However, Carmarthen stayed bottom, six points behind Aberystwyth.

Bangor City 0-1 Llandudno: Marc Williams scored in the 90th minute to boost Llandudno's hopes of making the top six before the league splits into two divisions for the second half of the season.

In the process, the visitors dented Bangor City's challenge as they lie third, 11 points behind leaders The New Saints.

Tuesday, 2 January

Bala Town 0-3 The New Saints: The New Saints increased their lead at the top of the table to nine points with a commanding second-half performance at Bala.

The home side had held firm up to half-time, but were breached by Chris Marriott soon after the restart, before Ryan Brobbel doubled the lead and Wes Fletcher struck in the last minute.
