Woking 4-4 Maidstone United

Woking and Maidstone's winless runs continued as they shared the spoils from an eight-goal thriller at Kingfield Stadium.

Both teams took the lead twice in a topsy-turvy encounter but in the end had to settle for a draw which still leaves them both without a National League victory since November.

Goals from Kane Ferdinand and Inih Effiong either side of Stuart Lewis' deflected equaliser saw Woking leading 2-1 going into the final four minutes of the first half.

However, Maidstone hit back with two goals in as many minutes, Jai Reason levelling from the spot before Joe Pigott put them ahead.

The goals continued to flow at the start of the second half, with Charlie Carter making it 3-3 in the 50th minute only for Lewis to nudge Maidstone ahead again three minutes later.

There was still another twist in the tale as Jason Banton fired home from the edge of the box in the 60th minute, ensuring a memorable match finished with honours even.
