In-form Arsenal saw off visitors Yeovil Town to move up to third in the Women's Super League One table.

Forwards Danielle Carter and Beth Mead both netted braces, as Arsenal earned a third win in a row in all competitions.

Carter slotted in the opener before half-time, before Mead's quick feet made it two, Carter headed in the third and Mead got the fourth from a rebound.

The part-time Glovers remain without a point or a goal in the league so far this season, after eight WSL 1 games.

Victory lifted Arsenal above Liverpool, who slipped to fourth after their loss at leaders Manchester City, but the Gunners remain eight points behind the unbeaten Citizens, at the halfway point in their 18-game season.
