507, Baz Brush, Sparky relegated two sides and kept one up? The stuff of legend. Marvel comics you have a new superhero. Special powers: Sending teams to a lower division AND placing gagging orders on girls he slept with who weren't his wife. That must get respect in every training session when you're talking to young players and telling them to stay out of trouble and be dedicated. Go Sparky!!
Let's name names Charlie. To be honest a few who are past it at Prem level....like Charlie Adam, Glen Johnson, Peter Crouch.....and a few more, many more.Should have sacked Hughes earlier said Coates......he has just kep Southampton up!
King Cantona's Kung Fu Kick, 503,"Gone from ABU against United to hating each other so much you almost forget to slag us off for everything and anything ;) Anything for a peaceful life ;)"If you're lucky, you might have peace until the 19th of May, when you will get ripped apart for winning a cup or torn limb from limb for Antonio Conte having a farewell party. It's a lose lose thing.
As a Gooner I thought I would be ok with them getting relegated, but I do feel for the fans, who always seem genuine football people, and a Board who have tried to do things in a good way.Hindsight is 20/20, but apart from one or two iffy signings, Lambert as Manager was never was going to save Stoke. Mr Adams shouldn't be questioning the character of others, I think.
How on earth did this thread even become an argument between 'pool and city fans? It was quite the love in between you earlier this season til a few ref decisions went awry ;) Gone from ABU united against United to hating eachother so much you almost forget to slag us off for everything and anything ;) Long may it continue lol. Anything for a peaceful life ;)
Stoke City rubbish team, no ambition , just like every other team in the league who finished below Burnley
Outrageous. So 5 Stoke players are rampant, homicidal maniacs and the club encourages it?
499, by Sky Blue, "With respect - you missed the point".I think Stoke missed the points (trying to make sure we're on topic here). Yes, I do understand bragging can be annoying and if fans of some clubs want to rake up the past, you can rake up some other bits of the past about their clubs too. I get that. I'm not sure if that's the best response to bragging, but I get it.
Ricardo With respect - you missed the point. I am talking about the vile gobby moaning Liverpool fans who are on HYS every day repeating again and again despite numerous requests to the contrary about the trophies they won 30years ago. No-one is interested ! We’ve heard it once we understand it’s history. Now, can we discuss football of THIS century ?
496 Posted by Sky BlueThe reason MY Meghan Markle post (@483) was not removed was because it contained valuable information about LFC------No, your post was allowed because you sat on the fence. You didn't mention which position you would play Markle in, how hot she is or say why the tax money given to the royal family should be spent on sugar lumps for donkeys instead. U shud b ashamed.....
491, Sky Blue, re Liverpool supporters, "If you have once ‘reminded’ people (without consent) AGAIN about the 1980’s you are guilty. Truly vile".***I understand your thoughts, but lots of clubs had vile people attached to them who had no interest in football then. The National Front were everywhere and no one wanted to take their family to an away game. The supporters are different people now.
The reason MY Meghan Markle post (@483) was not removed was because it contained valuable information about LFC.
Stoke have been playing criminal all season, will be tough for them to come back up at the first go
Hi all, don't we all know that pretty much all footballers don't really care? We all support our teams, just only a select few have the means/owners to be in the gang at the top, and they don't like it when 'smaller' teams look like they might be capable of breaking in to that. Leicester winning was amazing, not sure it could ever happen again really? I'm NUFC, and we've won nowt for 39 years.....
The sadly sobering fact is that all of this will change nothing. Average players will stay grossly overpaid and average managers will continue on the club merry-go-round waiting for their golden handshakes and platinum sacking bonuses. If players were THAT concerned about letting the fans down they should invest their exorbitant wages in the communities where the supporters come from.
Wow, I had my post removed for saying Meghan Markel was welcome to buy my local club and write her name on the team sheet. Lulz. I better not wonder if a Texan billionaire could buy my club and sign Messi too, because that's also wild fantasy 🙂
