So Ramsey will earn 83 million with juventus How much money do you need to spend your retirement without struggling Footballers plus other sports people take the Mickey out of money and have no idea what it's like to go year upon year struggling to make it to retirement on alot less per week they're on They don't value money at all its insulting the money they're on
It de-values money Min wage at 9 quid per hour for 37 hrs a week gets you 333 quid per week It would take 23 yrs to earn what Ramsey gets in 1 week Total madness The person on 9 quid an hour could be a paramedic they're more value in society than a footballer World of sport has gone mad Total disrespect for sporting people on nearly half a million per week
Good luck to him he has been a loyal servant to the Arsenal and I don`t blame him. The team at the moment are just not good enough, Kronke will not invest and we will fall further down the league. We are no Longer a Big Team
How long can this last? It's obscene, normal working people acting like lemmings, swallowing this filth week in and week out, even washed up ex-pro's earn more commentating in a month than anybody commenting on here will earn in a decade. Watch your local teams live at the park, boycott this disease. Spend your money on your family, not some stranger that wouldn't PI55 on you if you were on fire.
Come on it's not April 1st for a while.
913. Posted by The Boy LineakerNo your wrong, it is a week , NOT a month. (4x worse than your example)
Sorry but... cannot see him fitting in.
BBC sports are pulling the 400k a week wage out of their butt. According to italian sources he will be earning 8mil a season x 4 yrs = 32mil pounds which is what ramsey is worth atm most likely. On top of that performance related bonuses etc. This is small money for a huge club, Juve are the kings of free transfers.
Gordon must be cooking some pretty impressive meals :-)
It's all about the money not about anything else
He is Going to be disappointed when the la cosa nostra turn up for their cut .330 pounds left for yourself or your family size will be halved .
That’s about the same amount for his dodgy knees and muscle tendons that the insurance company has been paying for him at Arsenal.Maybe Juventus has a Great Bupa plan !Can’t see any other reason .
This doesn't make me sick as I don't go to the games or pay Sky or BT. His earnings have no effect on me.
People not realizing that this move is not a financial decision, he's moving to a better club!
Ramsey has never fulfilled his potential at Arsenal so his time is up and rightly so.The only issue is him leaving fro free BUT other than that he's not worth the hassel as he is a next in a long line of wenger's failed English projectsI wish juventus luck
As a Spurs fan I am delighted because I think he's Arsenal's most effective all-round player and definitely their best midfielder. Why would you keep Ozil over Ramsey?Arsenal's loss is Juve's gain.COYS
He has been a good player for Arsenal, but frustratingly inconsistent. The flicks and back heels might look amazing on the youtube clips, which of course don't show the number of times he tries them and they don't come off. Or the number of times he gives the ball away cheaply in midfield and watches while the opposition break on us.Would have liked him to stay, but not at the reported salary.
Greed and vanity. Sums up football. Shame on the mugs who contribute to the ludicrous scenario when someone gets paid £400,000 a week to hoof a ball about. A sad reflection that the world values an idiot who kicks a ball more highly than someone who saves lives.
@finkelstein"It is immoral that an individual can earn this sort of money and society just looks on. Surely some of us still have a moral compass."=====It's his right to earn it if someone will pay it surely? Lottery winners, pop stars, movie stars, big business people, speculators - the moral compass will be very busy Finkelstein.
