Braintree came through against Maidstone in an entertaining clash between two relegated National League sides.

The visitors hit the front early when Mo Sagaf scored from the penalty spot, and the visitors almost doubled their lead on the hour when Cameron James hit the post from the edge of the area.

Josh Taylor came close for Maidstone soon after when he headed Jack Richards' cross onto the bar.

But Braintree had the last word, with Korrey Henry sealing the points late on.
